Can I replace / upgrade my Amd Ryzen 5 3500 u processor with a better one (laptop)?

Which processor is suitable for this and what do I have to do?

(Can I install this or does it not fit in the socket? AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor)
Do I need better cooling then?

You won't be able to do that.
Very few laptops can be upgraded.

Will not go and would not bring more power, the stronger one would probably clock lower than the old one due to massive heat problems.
