I bought sims 4 yesterday and wanted to install it on my laptop. Since I wanted the game to run fast, I completely reset my laptop. When I insert the CD, the normal menu comes up, where you have to click on continue to install Origin and Sims 4. My problem is with Origin. It will be installed but at some point the message will appear that the origin is out of date (I have Windows 10 if this is important) I want to finally get this game started, you know what I can do there?
It depends on what you mean by "completely reset". If you have thrown all the data from your laptop, no wonder that there are problems. Can you describe how exactly you reset the laptop? And which laptop do you have?
Whether I reset my laptop or not doesn't make a difference to the game? Important system updates are installed when I restart, as if I had bought the laptop again.
