Xpadder - Problems saving?

I hope there's someone here who knows about it

I downloaded, installed and set up Xpadder. It wasn't a problem.
When I restarted my laptop, however, I found that none of it was there.
Do I always have to reinstall Xpadder?
If so, is there any way to save the settings?
the controller image is saved, but unfortunately the key assignment is not…

You can save your settings within the Xpadder and create profiles for each game.

Above is a menu where you can save the settings. The button for the layout on the left and the button for the button settings on the right.
