Hi Guys I have the following problem: my laptop (an Acer with Windows 10) does not wake up from sleep mode it does not matter what I do I can press the keys and the power button and nothing happens to indicate that the laptop is in Energy saving mode is flashing. Even if I plug in a power cord, the display does not light up indicating that a power cable is plugged in, even pushing the power button for a long time does not help because it simply stays off, saving energy.
