Laptop sometimes goes into the energy-saving mode?

I have the following problem: I have a laptop with Windows 10, HP 250 G5 notebook PC, Z2Z75ES # ABD Intel (R) Celeron (R) and goes every now and then just in the energy saving mode while surfing or even without activities. He really can't get hot at all and one

He also does not have fans, surfing a bit can't be a big burden.

Regardless of mains operation or battery, the settings are the same: Switch off the screen for 20 minutes and set to energy-saving mode for 25 minutes. Something helps for a few hours when I run: shutdown -g then enter OK. Did I happen to surf somewhere

found.

Maybe you can help me. I thank you in advance for your help!

It could be that you have adjusted that the energy saving mode is already at e.g. 50% so pretty early on. This is best at 15% -20%.
You can look it up, if you in the settings under the battery area the controller on e.g. 15% push.

You can also enter it in the search bar (turn power saving mode on or off).

If that is not the case you may be able to ask a computer expert.

Yes, thanks for the answer, but I have that attitude at 20%.
