Kindle Paperwhite doesn't come on

Somehow I have a black thumb as far as all electronic devices are concerned, first I spent the whole day with some Word licenses that my laptop doesn't accept and now I have to find that my Kindle can no longer be switched on. I just want to smack everything against the wall 😂

I have only charged this Kindle since Christmas, so I only charged it twice. As far as I can remember, it was always a huge theater until the thing went on again, but this time it has been hanging on the socket for several days (!), The lights are orange but the exclamation mark (means battery empty) simply does not disappear and he no longer comes on. After several and long presses of the button, only the display briefly becomes white and bright, but immediately falls back into the empty state of charge. Can anyone help me please? I really can't make sense of this thing.

The best (and easiest) thing you can do is take advantage of the warranty. So just write to Amazon or call the hotline.

A defective battery after three months is a clear guarantee case.

What an irony, he started at this moment 😂 thanks anyway, I will definitely contact Amazon and take advantage of my guarantee if necessary. Apparently it is a common problem, since there are a thousand explanatory videos and articles on it. But I find it very, very strange that he has been hanging on the charger since Sunday and now only has a 12% battery. Beautiful evening!
