I recently got myself an M.2 Wi-Fi. It was originally intended for laptop, but use it in the desktop PC. Unfortunately, there were no adapters included so that I can connect it to the antennas, so I ordered it. I'm not sure whether this is due to the connector, but the adapter doesn't fit. What do i need?
I'm wondering why you don't get a WLAN card on PCI-E anyway. Or a WLAN stick, is even better
Well, m.2 is cheaper and this Wi-Fi connection is not just there.
Stick is easier - nothing better… Because stick doesn't have an external antenna
You have a mainboard with an M.2-M-Key slot, modules with an M.2-B-M-Key (SSDs) should also fit into this. The network card, however, requires an M.2-A + E-Key slot (but it should only fit into the E-Key).

I don't believe you that a stick costs more than your M.2 card. A piece is available from 20 euro and up. These days they are small, like the Bluetooth sticks that come with mice. You can't see it anymore
