Send a website without a domain?

So now I have one and it should work if I just send the whole folder with all the html and css stuff. I also put it in a zip folder and uploaded it to dopbox, the problem now is that I can open it on my laptop. But the others can't, so it can be opened but the html loses its connection to the css, for example.

Why is that I thought it works if you zip it

The question is, have you taken relative paths everywhere? Do people unzip that too? Can a browser even access the things in the dropbox?

What exactly do you mean by the last one

Ka

First answer the other questions.

Yes, yes - so I mean to ask the other two

Ka

Then they probably don't download that but try to open it directly in the box. As I said, I don't have a dropbox. Ergo no idea whether this is even possible via browser.
