That is very expensive. If you really want to flatten everything except for the bare operating system, a simple re-installation is easier, easier, and will not take long.

if you do not want to, de-install all programs in the directory and delete all existing files and documents.

a fresh (clean) windows also does not contain any hidden hazards that may have sneaked into the old installation due to trojans or malware.

If you want to delete everything, it's best to do a clean clean installation over a previously created installation disk. Download the corresponding ISO file for this:

Windows 7 Home: https://winfuture.de/...,2662.html

Windows 7 Pro: https://winfuture.de/...,3291.html

The ISO file you burn on a DVD or alternatively create a bootable USB stick. Whether the latter works with Windows 7, I do not know exactly. I mean, to have heard that this is not the case, but of course you can try it.

The burning of the DVD you can do with the free CDBurnerXP: https://cdburnerxp.se/de/home

If you decide for the variant with the USB stick, then download the free program Rufus: https://rufus.akeo.ie/?locale=de_DE

Except for a setting, you can leave everything at Rufus. A little further down you have to select an ISO image with a drop-down menu and then integrate the ISO file. Then start the process.

Then boot from the created installation media by inserting the DVD into the drive or inserting the USB stick into one of your USB slots and then restarting your laptop. If your laptop starts as usual, then you have to change the boot order in the BIOS.

Follow all steps of the installation process. Select Custom as the installation type and delete all existing partitions in the Partition Manager. Remember that everything will be deleted! If there's a partition called "Recovery" or something like that, then you do not have to delete it. Unless you do not need them anyway, which is the case with me. I do not need them because I always do new installations via a disk and the recovery partitions are usually outdated.

Then click New to create a new partition. Then select these for the installation of Windows. The size of the partition I would leave so.

After the reinstallation, you should first install all necessary or missing drivers and the latest Windows updates.
