Is it necessary to clean these fans?

Have been using my HP Pavilion 15 gaming notebook for about 4 months and I noticed this dust on the fans. But there are no real temperature problems. Should I clean the fans and unscrew the laptop, just go over it with a little compressed air or is that necessary at all? Thank you in advance!

The fans are definitely dusty. A little compressed air (don't get too close, the fans take it badly) won't hurt here. You don't have to disassemble the thing right away.

If you remove the dust somehow, it probably won't bother you. For the sake of simplicity, I would now work with air from the outside. Of course, if you can screw it on, a more thorough cleaning is possible.

If it is easy to vacuum, or try a cotton swab that is soaked in alcohol and then bissl (so it is not soaked with alcohol too hard) Depending on the amount of dust in the area, you should wait for your laptop. The fans and the temperatures take it bad don't worry about it. I can't recommend compressed air vacuum cleaners had to be very careful. Cotton swabs and vodka work best on my laptop. The fan blades can also be cleaned easily.
