In school there's a disadvantage compensation z. B. That you get more time in an exam situation or during a lecture, an exam and possibly other aids such as a laptop where you can write something down, especially for people who can't speak properly during a lecture, for example.

Is there anything comparable in your studies?

Pr

Yes of course. You can find that at every university.

Ja

Well, I've heard of cases where lecturers have been advised to drop out of college.

Se

Nothing works without an application and evidence.

Quote:

A claim to compensation for disadvantages is based on

the presence of a certified health impairment or officially determined disability and
Evidence of how the impairment or disability affects your studies.

More details here, in which cases an application can be made, how it can be done and which documents are required:

Ja

I'm aware and that is the least problem.

Pr

Such reactions are of course unspeakable, but the lecturer can't really do much about it.

The disadvantage compensation is laid down in the examination regulations and is therefore binding. If the student provides medical evidence that disadvantage compensation is necessary, then this must also be granted.

The universities are actually very careful about correctness these days. If there are problems with individuals, then there are several instances, from the head of the degree program to the office for examinations and the dean of studies. As a rule, universities also have special agents for people with disabilities, whom you can also contact in such cases.
