LAPTOP DOES NOT RECOGNIZE PICTURES?

HI and I have the problem I want to use my own picture as a background on the laptop. The problem with this is that the laptop can't find my pictures.
i have a samsung galaxy a5. Hope someone can help me. I've tried so much but nothing works.

First your picture from your Galaxy A5 should be on your laptop, then you save the picture under C: / Pictures. Now right-click on a free area on the desktop> Customize> Background> Image and you're done:-)

How do i get the picture on the laptop?

With a USB - to smartphone cable (it is best to use the cable that you need for charging your Samsung A5.)

Then on the display, select data transfer from your A5

Then you go to "This PC"> your smartphone is already displayed, (double click on the left)

Open the DMCI folder and copy the image on the desktop of your laptop, the rest is on top.
