I bought the game "Mirror's Edge Catalyst" as a CD about 2 years ago and installed it on my laptop and have not used it since it didn't work on my old "computer". I now have a new computer and want to play the game, but I should enter the product code that Origin says I can't redeem because it has already been used. I'm logged in to the same account as back then, but I can't find the game in my library.
Write to Origin support and describe the problem. They can check something and definitely give replacements. (even if the key has a value of just 5 euro)
If you don't redeem keys for such a long time, problems like this can arise.
