First of all, I have to say that I don't know much about the technology…

We have moved our PC (other room). Up until four days ago the Wi-Fi worked and you could access the internet without any problems. But not anymore.

He is connected… In addition to the PC, I have now put my laptop on a trial basis and can easily access the Internet…

There's also a TV in the room, which means I can access the Internet without any problems

What could be the problem?

He is around 3 years old, Win 10

Just see whether the PC is connected to the router. This can be seen in the task bar at the bottom right (click on the WLAN symbol), select network connection and then, if necessary, enter the router password again and confirm. Lg

What could be the problem?

Usually the reason is that you are not familiar with the subject of "radio" even though you operate radio equipment.
In very bad cases, WLAN and radio are not even connected. 😉

In short - acquiring know-how - is not rocket science - but you have to be able to:

What is the PC connected to? USB stick? USB antenna? Installed with or without a driver? USB stick, possibility the stick is broken. If drivers have been installed, check whether you still have the drivers. Throw the antenna out of the device manager, do a reboot and reinstall the part once.

This behavior could have been caused by a Windows update.

Something like that happens before. The wireless LAN adapter in the Windows device manager is often no longer functional.

Here I explained how to proceed (delete adapter or driver and restart PC). Microsoft also has a larger systematic guide for this.

Look at this answer from me:

Wlan on laptop does not work do you need urgent help? (Computers, technology, games and gaming) - good question

de

Thank you, I've already tried that, unfortunately without success… Now try the other aids…

Ma

Does it work again?

If so, write briefly what helped you, then other questioners (with similar problems) can also solve it.

de

No, nothing works so far. Did everything new and as it says there, but the internet is still not

de

USB stick not… There's nothing in the computer. Stupid said, we turned it on and Wi-Fi worked

Ma

Write something in the Windows device manager

Wireless LAN adapter (exact name?
Ethernet adapter (exact name?

be listed. If yellow triangles with callsigns are displayed there, then it can't work (then look with a right click of the mouse in the properties, there the problem is described in more detail).

You write "He is connected…", the question: What is he connected to?

With a LAN cable (these are 8-pin RJ45 plugs)?
Or wireless with your Wi-Fi network

Are the WLAN antenna cables at the back of the PC possibly not connected (these are small, gold-colored, screwable coaxial plugs)?

Or are you using a WLAN USB stick and forgot to plug it in.

You should try to describe what you have done a little clearer and more precisely, because under "everything made new" nobody can imagine what "everything" means.

What error message do you get? Please state the exact text of the error.
