My hard drive on my Playstation 4 Slim (1TB) is most likely defective. I removed it because my television is not showing a picture and my Playstation has hung for the last few days and kept showing system errors. When I removed it, I connected it to my laptop first and then to my PC, but the hard drive didn't show up. Now I wanted to ask if someone can help me how I can still secure or restore my data.
If you have Windows installed, probably only a Linux system will help.
Download e.g. KaliLinux, write the Live Iso image on a stick and boot it.
Start the Testdisk program from the terminal.
