I'm thinking of buying a laptop without Windows. But I have no previous experience how it all works.
How much would it cost Windows to do it? What would expect me (could make a layman) etc.
You have to download the following tool on your current PC> https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10 <
There you choose to install for other PC (or something like that, definitely not upgrade on this pc). There you choose whether you want to burn it to a CD (if your PC has a CD burner) or make it bootable on a USB stick (My recommendation: best empty USB stick with at least 4 GB of free memory). Then just when you start the laptop plug in the USB stick before starting and then everything would have to fit (and you need of course a Windows license key)
In principle, you only need to buy a valid license key (for the exact price should be enough simple Google) and if available insert the DVD, the setup should then start by itself and is self-explanatory.
Alternatively, you can also install Windows from a USB stick. Instructions for this can be found here: https://www.wintotal.de/bootfaehiger-usb-stick-fuer-windows/
This can be particularly advantageous for laptops, since they often no longer have an optical drive.

You do not have to start thriving and spoiling Windows. It also works with a Linux distribution. It is free, you do not need compulsory registration and activation, Illustrated Installation Guide is available on the site. You can download it for free and enjoy the function. Gaming is also possible with it. Office package is already free of charge (Libre Office) as many other smaller programs and you can easily and conveniently many free programs from the package sources nachinstallieren. So you do not have to buy the manufacturer only then the program and then install. In the package manager you choose the program that you want to have and everything is installed from the source. You do not have to install dependent dependencies (like Windows) you will be asked if you want to do that. If yes, you can use the program after installation.

The Mate version is the better one.
Under Downloads -> Documentation -> German you will find everything important.
Starting with how to create an installation medium (DVD or USB stick) from the installation itself to the first steps.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me, Linux-Admin and I do not bite. I can't write more than no:-)
And how much would it cost?
That means I could just buy the laptop, pull the Linux file from another PC onto a USB stick and then simply boot on the laptop? And all for free or how?
I had talked to a professional in the Beich, he said I would have to buy any things from Microsoft for just under 150 euro. What did he mean then?
A license does not cost much. You should get that at third party for around 10 euro. And a USB stick does not cost the world, I do not know where the 150 euro sees
