Why do I suddenly have low FPS?

I have an Omen laptop with the Nvidia geforce GTX 1650.

I've had this laptop for 1 month. All games went perfectly for 1 month and had over 140 FPS. But since yesterday I have only an average of 20 FPS and can no longer play a game comfortably.
