Sims 4 moving?

I would like to have my Sims 4 moved from my laptop to my PC. I want to keep mods, cc, scores, ledges and houses, of course. But I don't know exactly what to do. Should I just copy the whole Sims 4 folder and paste it into the new game using a USB stick?

Just install Origin on your new computer and then download the game from there. You can transfer the mods via USB.
