Since a few days I have the problem that my laptop, with 2 phones and a tablet together, via WLan with a Fritz! Box has become so slow in the appearance of web pages that sometimes shut itself off due to timeout.
Especially press pages, such as Stern, Focus, etc., which have many photos make problems. It often takes several minutes to fully display.
Downloading updates often takes several hours, as with the latest Windows 10 update.
The mobile phones and the tablet is nothing to notice, even working outside the Internet, so with my own files is not affected. I also have within the Fritz! Box found no evidence that could explain that to me. Can anyone help me further?

Do you use a VPN on the computer? That could be responsible for the low speed.
Try a different browser from time to time. If there are no problems, I would reset your browser to the default settings.
The point mentioned by you with the Windows 10 update is aware of me, but the updates are generally sometimes downloaded only slowly and depending on how big such an update is, that may take a bit more time. That's why I would test it with the other browser anyway.
Otherwise, I would still reset the network settings of your device.
Open the Command Prompt (cmd) as administrator and execute the following commands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
ipconfig / flushdns
netcfg -d
If Powershell (blue window) has opened instead of the command prompt, enter cmd in this window and press the Enter key once. Then you enter the above commands.
Then restart your laptop.
Does not help from the above mentioned points, maybe you also got something caught. Here I would for safety's sake, a search with the AdwCleaner and perform with Malwarebytes.

Thank you for the answers. I've followed all the tips, have cleaned up with PC and ccleaner PC Cleaner 2019 PC. I cleaned up the PC with AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes (Malwarebytes even found malware), but I'm not satisfied with the result. All the websites called load on all browsers (firefox, edge and the new CCleaner browser) very slow and it is noticeable that all pages that contain many photos load extremely slowly and first display the text and an empty space for the photos then Gaaanz slowly appear. Even emails that I get via Thunderbird, and the photos or images contain loads very slowly. I first had to download AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes, and saw that AdwCleaner downloaded about 3 KB per second and Malwarebytes between 18 and 50 KB per second. In my Fritz! Box shows that DSL is downloading at 477 Kbps and uploading at 445 Kbps, but does not know what that means. Even if all other devices in the house are switched off, these impairments exist. The CCleaner is garbage and you should not use any tuning programs. Or what do you mean with the PC-Putzer 2019? Such programs are more likely to break something rather than to improve.
Your download speed will be too low. 3 kb / s are much too little. Check with your provider and ask if he can detect any problem. Otherwise, the router could slowly give up the ghost.
