Pen for cell phone and notebook?

So in the video Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ - 1: 1 copy - best clone ever… This pen was from musk. Does anyone know where to buy one, since I have a touch-enabled notebook, but can't use it with these Surface etc. So I thought (because it is a fake pen that can be used with any device) you could certainly use it for a notebook (the pen has such a rubber tip)

A touch pen has no rubber tip because rubber does not conduct electricity.
There are tons of such pens on Amazon, just search…
