So I bought an Acer Aspire 3 with a Ryzen 3 3200U without an operating system and installed Windows 10 Pro myself.
Everything in itself was simple and everything runs as it should, except for the energy-saving mode that the laptop goes into, for example, when you close it.
The laptop goes into energy-saving mode, so the corresponding lamp lights up, but when I wake it up, the fans turn on briefly, then off again and then it starts like after shutting down, so the previous session is awake.
What's going on there?
New device? Exchange!
This behavior indicates a defect.
Does it indicate a hardware defect? As I said, Windows was not on it and everything else is running. I honestly don't feel like an exchange ^^
Irrlevant - The computer must not behave like this.
That is what the guarantee and warranty are for. I would not waste energy on any fault finding.
Even if you have not yet installed chipset drivers, Windows must not crash when it wakes up from standby.
