Acer laptop freezes due to power?

I got his laptop from my father.
The laptop is a 2016 model from the Acer brand. (Model name: Aspire ES1-711)

It was bought in real life. I don't remember the exact price. It was delivered with a 1TB HDD which was too slow for my taste so I installed an SSD.

let's get to my concern. The laptop has a problem and that has been since it was updated to Windows 10. The problem is that as soon as the Acer laptop is connected to the power supply it freezes and I can no longer operate Windows. The only method is to make it crash, e.g. Hold down the power button. I also know why it is partly but I can't fix the problem.

I also installed Windows 8 and 7 for the test and the problem was not only with Windows 10. I once checked with someone else that the driver could be found in the Device Manager under the Battery section

"Microsoft ACPI control method-compatible battery" should be deactivated and lo and behold it works. I can connect it to the power supply as often as I want. Windows 10 does not hang up. The problem with this is that the lower battery indicator disappears and I don't know how there's still a lot of battery left. I have already looked for many other drivers but found nothing. I urgently ask for help.

Sorry for the misspelling mistake above. Here is the correct data from the laptop again

Hmm… That seems to be definitely a driver problem. Okay… Did you try to update the driver? If so and there was no newer version available, did you try loading an older version of the driver?

I often see customers myself that drivers are updated. As an example: the USB controller. It is updated and then nothing works anymore. Old version back on, bang and it works again.

If both of these don't work, download the driverbooster and let it look over it.

I already have the latest driver on it. I use driverbooster pro myself and it also found a driver, but after an installation it didn't work… I also looked for the driver for Windows 8 or 7 on the internet but no result.

What I don't understand is that the driver is the same for Windows 8 and Windows 10, but the laptop only hangs up with Windows 10 …
