I write here because I really do not know how to continue. I have a good internet that works great everywhere except on my laptop.
If I want to download something (no matter where) I usually have 500kb / s instead of 10mb / s.
I have already tried to disable my firewall, update drivers, used antivirus and later reinstalled… Just everything… And since I do not really know myself with network and the whole, I could really need help urgently… I can do nothing more because the download speed is so slow that alone already 300mb take. And as I said, as soon as I put my laptop to the LAN cable a, I get loose 16-25mb / s together…
Problem is that I can use the LAN cable only sometimes because it is often used by someone else.

It should not be a problem to buy your own LAN cable for a few euro.
Your Wi-Fi will not be good enough, LAN cable is the best way to connect anyway.
As I see that you have a problem with the Wi-Fi. I assume router restart did you already try?
Is there a difference when the laptop is plugged in?
If in doubt, check the power plan to see if Wi-Fi is working with limited power.
You can also install an app on your mobile phone that analyzes the WLAN. It may be that too many networks work side by side. Then they disturb each other. With such apps, you can watch on which Wlan channel the best reception prevails. You can then set this manually in the setting of the router.
