I hope someone can help me at this late hour.
The following facts: Have found my "old" laptop again, of which I absolutely need some data. I took over the laptop after death from my mother, with all the credentials. Until a few months ago I knew these too, but he was rarely used by me and I forgot them. However, I can't reset the password because I do not know the email address of the Microsoft user account.
I do not own an external hard drive and I did not want to buy myself, find out the e-mail address about third parties is also not possible.
Can someone please help me without the data on the laptop being lost?
Possibly. Create a second user / administrator without having to log in? Or another option?
I have already searched Google completely.
Thank you!

A SATA to USB adapter costs about 10 euro, plus a small screwdriver to remove the HDD from the old notebook.
Cost of materials: maybe 15 euro total. Period of time. 5 minutes.
In short: remove the HDD and connect it with a SATA-USB adapter to your computer to read the data.
Windows passwords are not really secure and can be bypassed. But just read yourself.

Unless the drive is encrypted:
Removing the hard disk - perform http://www.runtime.org/data-recovery-software.htm on another PC.
If the hard drive is encrypted, forget your plan.
Of course, this only works if the desired data is not in the profile folder.
Works well, because you can take ownership of the files - and thus can rewrite the access rights.
