Dear community,
1) My laptop (Acer Swift 3) often hangs and the picture freezes when I connect it to the power cord. What could you do about it? Is that because of the Ryzen processor?
2) Are there laptops with which you have / had no problems and are 100% freeze? If so, what were they?
Space?
Maintenance program active?
Virus protection?
Updates?
My laptop is six months old and I have more than enough storage space and I also checked the other key points. It is also fast and the error happens even when nothing is open. So far I have not found a solution on the Internet
Nevertheless many thanks.
Simply turn off 3 times in a row and switch on and wait for what appears and follow the instructions.
I have had good experiences with many Acer laptops.
In one case (*) I was able to address such a problem
return newly installed program.
Then I looked at what came last and uninstalled the whole thing.
After that, the spook was over.
If that's not the solution, maybe look in safe mode,
whether this runs trouble-free and analyze which programs are loaded at the start
and remove or deactivate them from the autostart or, if necessary
uninstall.
Also remove and watch the virus program.
Disconnect the device from the Internet.
Good luck with the difficult detective work

(*) need not have been Acer.
Maybe it's the fans. Laptops are built in such a way that they collect large amounts of dust inside during continuous operation. This causes the fans to stop working properly and the laptop then overheats.
