I wanted to ask you for advice if I can top up the ram of my Acer Aspire A715-71G laptop.
Currently I have 2 of these Ramriegel inside
https://www.amazon.de/...00KSLPNN0/
these are the factory bolts 2x 4GB ddr3
Now I've scanned my laptop at crucial and suggested a few Ram latches I would like to exchange the old 8 GB for 16GB
So 2x 8GB latch
I have now decided for this one
https://www.crucial.de/ProductDisplay?storeId=11152&urlLangId=-3&scanId=831E880931D926C3&productId=3320506&urlRequestType=Base&langId=-3&externalPartNumber=CT14305839&catalogId=11152
Since these are but DDR4 ram and have more mega heart, my question is if I would get problems with the laptop when exchanging
So the old 2 bars come out of these 2 would then come to their slots.
I'm so sorry I do not know all that much about hardware, so I ask you for advice.
Normally there should be no problem there. The bars must only be identical to the existing ones.
That does not fit.
Where DDR3 is in you can't block DDR4.
DDR4 has more PINs and is wider and has 1.2V instead of 1.5V

According to the manual DDR4 is installed.
Are you sure about your RAM?
You are absolutely right! The QR code scanner has ejected the wrong latch is a DDR4 latch… Oh man thank you. I assume that the mhz make then no big difference?
No, it does not, is backward compatible and we clocked down.
Thank you so much!
