No bootable device, restart loop, hard disk defective?

My girlfriend's laptop (Acer Windows 10) always worked perfectly. Suddenly she had a bluescreen and then a blackscreen. After a restart, the laptop was stuck in the logoscreen or in the restart loop.

I have already tried several methods.

Restart 3 times in a row for windows automatic repair → mostly ended in black screen

The hard disk was recognized in the BIOS and after several restarts there was no bootable device

I tried to boot with a USB stick, but no storage medium was recognized during the setup and the installation could not continue.

I was also in this repair window. Jump start gave me an error message that no repair is possible. I also couldn't uninstall updates. And the option that I want to reset everything was not there.

From time to time the hard drive is recognized in the BIOS, as soon as I start the laptop with an inserted USB stick, the hard drive name is no longer displayed but only "HDD:"

I'm sorry for inaccurate or missing information. I'm currently on the road and do not have the opportunity to describe everything exactly, but I would need a solution as soon as possible. I hope it's enough for now.

Thank you in advance for suggestions.

UPDATE:

I just tried everything again.

I put my USB stick in the first place and started it, then I could choose whether 32 or 64 bit Windows. I chose 64 bit and since then I hang on the Acer logo BUT differently than before, the loading symbol does not disappear. Should I continue to wait and let it load?

So into the bios (before plugging in the USB stick) then at boot order first

Specify the position of the USB stick. Deactivate the other positions. The whole save and restart. If booting from the stick try Windows on FP

to install. After the installation in the BIOS change the boot order again. This time the FP in first position.

Is the laptop 64bit suitable? I.e. Does it have enough RAM (min.4GB),

is the CPU 64bit compatible?

Yes.

I'm assuming that the hard drive is defective. It is always shown to me with 0MB. Now, as a temporary solution, I simply booted the laptop with linux on the USB stick
