Need help making a monitor decision?

As already described in the title, I'm faced with a difficult decision. For Christmas I buy a new PC (Rtx 2070S with an R5 3600X) and need a suitable monitor, because I have played on a notebook so far. Price range is a maximum of 280 euro and the monitor is mainly intended for gaming, but I would also like to do video editing and image editing with this. 80% gaming 20% image and video editing.

At the moment I have two monitors in mind, but I'm also open to new suggestions.

I know that the Acer has a TN and the AOC has an IPS panel and also that the IPS panel is better in terms of colors, but the Acer monitor has WQHD and I would like to hear your opinion. As already described above, other suggestions are also welcome.
