What can I do if my gamepad no longer works properly?

Hello… Gaming community. I had the following problem:
I got a Logitech controller for my notebook. An Acer Aspire 3 with Windows 10. Runs perfectly for a long time.

But then at some point, when I had almost played through "Amnesia - The dark descent" without any incidents, the right joystick randomly stopped working, so since then it only works when it feels like it. The reason I haven't finished the game is because in a horror survival it is vital to be able to control the direction while walking.

But since then it has only worked arbitrarily with other games. For example at THPS4. But the right stick is not that important. What can that be? Should I scrap the controller? Is it true that if I get an X-Box 360 controller, such problems will no longer occur?

What can I do when it says: "The gamepad is spacking around!" Again?

It's just on your controller. It can also break. It is best to have it exchanged.

A little hint. Get a one controller rather than a 360 controller

So the X-Box One Controller is better to have problems with games that I play on a Windows computer? Thanks for the tip. I was already thinking about getting a new controller, but I wasn't sure which one I would ride well with.

But watch out. Only those from one s have Bluetooth.

I myself have a series 2 if you are willing to spend 180 euro

180 euro for a controller is awesome. It doesn't have to be that much. I don't necessarily need Bluetooth. With a USB connection is enough for me.

Usb I'm not sure if that works. I use the xbox adapter for this
