I urgently need help, because my Acer laptop is no longer on (Windows 10) … When I turn it on, I come to a menu where above is "select option", including the options "Troubleshooting" and "PC off". If I then press "Troubleshoot" I have 6 options: "Restore System", "Command Prompt", "System Image Recovery", "UEFI Firmware Settings", "Jumpstart", "Return to Previous Version".
With "System Restore" and "System Image Recovery" comes an error message that it is not possible for various reasons. At "Prompt" I do not know what to enter… When "jump start" it looks for problems, but no and I come back again and "return to the previous version" I can't, due to a problem is there.
None of the 6 functions keep me going.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If Windows can't do that, the free Mint 19 (Linux) is a great solution to reboot the computer. Download, burn to DVD / USB pen, boot from it, click on Install. The operation is easier than with the limited Windows - with better program equipment.
