Look at the chipset and the base of the mainboard. There are enough lists online with compatible CPU motherboards kombis.
With https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html (portable version is sufficient), you can see which socket it is on, then you can tell whether soldered or not. With the hip flask, I don't think you'll have a chance. Especially since the cooling system has to pack the waste heat.
