Cyberport return?

I bought a Razer laptop from Cyberport a year ago. The guarantee is still valid. It has no defects. Can I simply send the laptop back without a defect and get my money back? I have already read the terms and conditions but did not understand.

You had 14 days and if you no longer like it, it's your own fault. Have to sell it as used.

No, this is not possible. Even if it were defective, that would not be possible, then you would get a replacement device or the defect would be repaired on the existing device
