Exchange laptop for dirt particles?

I had a lot of sound problems with my Asus Zenbook Pro and have now given it back and was given a normal Zenbook.

The model seems to have been an exhibit and has comical particles on the edges of the screen. I can't judge exactly whether the glue remains or other lint, in any case, they stick everywhere on the edges.

I've been to the dealer very often because of the constant problems with the Zenbook Pro, to be honest, I no longer have the nerve to deal with this dealer, but I do not want to pay over 1600 euro for a laptop and then those Sticking lint everywhere. To remove these particles, I would probably have to clean the laptop with a suitable agent, because blowing away does not work.

I now wonder if it is even possible to exchange the laptop because: See pictures

I would clean up the device with a suitable agent and not just try to "blow away" the particles. Because of "dirt" I can't imagine that any dealer in this world exchanges a device. Finally, he does not restrict the use of the device.

For me, this looks like residues of the packaging material (polystyrene maybe).

Did you get the device because as an exchange or as a loaner. As exchange can't really be, because the normal Zenbook costs much less than the Pro.

I would wipe the screen with a microfiber cloth, which works wonders.
If that does not help, then do it all the time with a cleaning cloth. This means that these towels are where packed and slightly damp.
