ASUS laptop no longer loads properly - orange-green LED light?

My ASUS R752S has been behaving strangely for a few hours. It remains permanently on 0% battery, even though it is charged. In addition, the LED light flashes orange for 10 seconds and then green for 2 seconds. I can't remove the battery so easily because I would have to unscrew the whole laptop. Does anyone know advice?

Completely discharge capacitors and then recharge them. Otherwise, the battery is probably broken.

Have the capacitors discharged. Have turned on the laptop, but somehow it is pretty much stuck with the loading screen. Is that normal that takes a long time?

No, not really. Do you still have warranty?

The behavior indicates a battery that is no longer loadable. If the internal resistance is too high then it reaches the full permissible voltage with charging current in fractions of a second and shows green. The charging current is then interrupted and the voltage immediately drops again and the electronics notice that, shows orange and starts a new charging attempt.

Is like a Häferl filled with sand, then there are a few drops of water until it is full and still no water comes out.

Am 99.9% convinced that there's only a new battery helps.
