Why isn't csgo running?

Have upgraded from 4GB ram to 8 earlier

why does csgo not run on lowest settings

but Xonotic etc on medium with 200fps?

With regard to the frame rate, more RAM does not result in a performance gain.

Xonotic is a several years older title with extremely low system requirements.

And the built-in Intel Pentium N3540 with Intel HD simply does not have the necessary performance to be able to calculate CS GO at a usable frame rate. They say the game would run on every toaster, but the Asus F553M was basically just a better doorstop than it appeared to be.
