Sims 4 graphics settings neighborhood?

Unfortunately, the neighborhood in Sims 4 is very blurred (see photo). What can this be? In the graphics settings, I actually looked through everything and tried. So far I have never had these problems with my laptop… This really annoys me, because I just always found the prospects so beautiful. The graphics settings are full screen, and everywhere on high. In addition, all the hooks are set below, not above.
