Hi, I want to buy a laptop and have found one I like, it has a lot of SSD storage and then 1000 GB Sata memory. Is Sata memory good? Is Sata memory something like HDD?
SATA is the type of connection.

And yes, this is a hard drive (HDD) with 1 terabyte of memory.
This refers to the hard disk / HDD. SATA is the connection the SSD and HDD have.
Grade in the notebook, I would rather take a big SSD and waive the HDD. SSDs are shockproof, if the thing falls down the HDD breaks very fast but the SSD survives shocks and vibrations.
SSds are about 10 times faster than HDDs, so in modern devices there's always an SSD in there to install at least the operating system on it.
1000GB HDD and 256 GB SSD are still good or?
SATA (Serial ATA) is something like USB, it's not the memory, but the connection.
Joa is ok
Sugestive question.
256GB SSD are quite usable.
Long answer:
Yes 256GB is a start. In addition, it is difficult to find a finished notebook with a larger SSD. I personally would install 1TB SSD and completely dispense with the magnetic disk.
