Activities on the laptop?

My school in Berlin gave us every laptop to borrow because of the Corona stuff. Now we have to slowly give it back. Then I discovered by chance that there's a task view where you can even see your activities from a month ago. How can I delete everything there? Is there anything hidden somewhere where you can see what programs, apps, documents had opened and such?

Clear browser history in any case

Just don't scrap it, unless it doesn't matter whether it still works afterwards.

It's not junk and works perfectly, we've been using it for 15 years.

Therefore the forums are also full of problems after using it. I advise against it. But everyone has to know for themselves.

If you right-click on the taskbar, there's Task View button Show, if you leave these ads and then click on them, you see these activities

These are only the active applications, no history.

But how can applications from January 3rd still be active when I've restarted the laptop a hundred times?

It may restart some of them. Close it and then restart
