I already had the idea that it could be that we're connected to the same microsoft account, but I removed the laptop from the microsoft account and it didn't change. I urgently ask for help.
First you restarted the device small fun on the edge. But have you tried reinstalling WIN again or flashing the BIOS? If you make windows new then you do not have to back up the data either. It will be done automatically and maybe you should not choose your suggestive pictures as background.

Thank you, I have now informed myself a bit and decided to switch off the sync under Settings → Accounts → Synchronize settings, everything else is too stressful for me.

As long as you work with the same account (no matter whether MS (online) account or local account) nothing will change.
Put 2 separate accounts and work with 2 separate accounts and the problem was once.
I do, have now made the sync from Settings → Accounts → Synchronize settings.
