Reduce PS4 volume with laptop cooler?

My problem is the following if my ps4 is just a little warmer then you might think an airplane is about to take off in the living room, so I looked for external coolers on Amazon and found one that you could put under the ps4, but that's actually for Laptops thought, do you think they could still help.
