And the following problem, we have been a Vodafone customer for a long time and a year ago we ordered fast 100Mbits Internet with the EasyBox 804 and yet the full performance does not come in just between 10 and 20Mbits or so and that is always annoying. We use wireless internet without a LAN cable, maybe it's because of that or because my laptop is older and the antenna is no longer the most modern. We also called and did speed test 3 pieces and passed it on on the phone and that didn't do much good either. What can you do about it?

More seriously: Go to the Vodaphone website and have a new modem installation code sent to you via SMS. You then use the to reconfigure your router.
I have a Fritzbox, but this approach fixed my problems.
