How to get out of the BIOS under Windows 10?

My laptop only starts in the BIOS and I can't get out of it. Does anyone know what you can do there?

I thank you in advance!

As a rule, you should see certain key combinations in the lower part of the screen that allow you to exit the BIOS

There's then for example:

Save and Exit or Exit

Just press this key and see if it starts again in the BIOS

If it doesn't work, you should check whether the hard drive is recognized in the BIOS.

If you don't know how to find it, tell me what kind of device you have, then maybe I can help you further

The BIOS then starts again and again. Even after turning the laptop off again.

I have a Lenovo Notebook Laptop - AMD (Ryzen-Core) 2x2.60 GHz - 8GB - SSD - Win10 Prof

The hard drive still seems to work because it tried to install updates during the penultimate restart and it has connected to my WLAN.

Then unfortunately it got stuck again and started again in the BIOS.

Go to the boot tab in the BIOS,

do you see the hard drive? What is the position of the hard drive?

There's Boot Mode, Boot Priority, USB Boot, PXE Boot to LAN, IPV4 PXE First (everything below each other)

Boot Priority Order

1. Windows Boot Manager

2. NVMe

3. ATA HDD

4. USB HDD

5. USB LAN

6. USB FDD

7. USB CD

There's nothing to be found of the hard drive. Or. Hard drive

Earlier I switched my laptop on again after it had been working for about 30 minutes. Was out. He then installed updates. This time up to 100% after that he hung himself up again. A blue screen came up and he rebooted into the BIOS.
