Draw photos from the phone to the laptop does not work?

Re

I have an Android phone and Windows 10 on my laptop and would like to pull some pictures on my laptop for more memory.

But when I go to import → via USB, my laptop says I have no pictures on my phone. I've already googled but all that was there I have not found on my phone and I'm in such a bad way anyway because of that I was just not there.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

I know no answer to your problem, but know an alternative.

Get WhatsApp on your PC and send the photos yourself, I do it often. Only now and then can the resolution be restricted.

I also use an Android phone and Windows 10 and if I want to pull pictures over, I have to confirm on my phone that I allow access. This message comes automatically to me. If this is not the case with you, you may need to change that in the settings, or you may use a different cable, because I've had that a couple of times already, that it worked.

This is either because you have no access rights to the mobile phone via computer or the data is organized in folders that the import command can't find.

If you see the mobile as a drive in Explorer, the images in the subfolders can search and transfer. If not, use the manufacturer's software associated with your mobile phone.
