On May 24, I gave my iPhone at Mediamarkt, so that they send it to Apple. (It seems like it has a software error, at least it was stuck at boot time and could not be reset on the laptop) Since I drive away next week, I wanted to ask if anyone has experience, how long it takes until I can pick up the device. Or if it is likely that it will be back this week.
You really have to ask that there. Presumably, they have a lump-sum response, which is not always true. Is of course dependent on how much is going on and how many technicians they have.
The best thing to do is ask for a moment. If you have an answer, you can also ask for a fixed date.
