Downloads just stop?

I have a problem downloading games.

As some of you may know, GTA 5 is currently free at Epic games and only for a week. So I wanted to download the game. I started it, everything worked until it suddenly stopped when I checked it. Just like that, I've already tried to stop the download and start again, start the download from scratch and restart the laptop. Nothing helped. I then tried it at Uplay with assassins creed syndicate, and the download worked quite normally at the beginning and then it suddenly stopped. 0 fps. I don't know what to do.

1. Check if you have enough space on your HDD or SSD

2. Check if your internet connection is stable or running at all

3. Restart the router or reconnect to the Internet

4. Restart the PC

5. If none of this helps, then I don't know either

Unfortunately I have already done everything and it still does not work. What I forgot to say is that when I stop downloading at Uplay, so press the x and start again, it continues again and then after a while the same thing as already stated above happens. Epic games doesn't go any further no matter what I do.
