PS4 and laptop sound on a pair of headphones at the same time?

Is there a way to hear the sound of the PS4 and the sound of the laptop at the same time, e.g. To access the game sound of the PS4 and voice chat on Discord or TS at the same time, apart from a mixer. I already know that it works, but it also costs a lot. Are there cheaper alternatives?

So I use the Arktis pro wireless and I can connect it with Bluetooth and at the same time connect it to my console via USB. For example, you can connect disco or teamspeak to a PlayStation or Xbox at the same time

Are you sure this isn't for plugging a headset into the microphone and headphone input of a PC? And that would be a bit stressful anyway, because it's pretty short and I would have to connect my laptop to my controller. 😅😁
