I need a little help.
Simple scenario: I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times. Now the card asks for the PUK.
Unfortunately I don't have the card where the PUK is. What can I do?
I logged on to the laptop via O2 and it says that it is not locked. Which is good. Just how do I find out the PUK.

If the PIN and PUK are gone, you can only order a new card. The data is nowhere stored.
It's very easy and quick. Go to the "My O2" area of the O2 homepage. There you go to the point "Tariff & Contract" and there on the tab "Manage SIM card". At the top there's the item "See PIN & PUK

With CO2 the PUK is on the Internet under "my CO2 login". Or call the hotline, they know that too.
