Windows 10 login window PIN can't be entered?

I haven't been able to access my laptop for several days. I always enter my PIN on the login window and it always worked. Suddenly I couldn't enter my correct PIN in the PIN field. My numbers just can't be entered, I can only enter a 5 and a 6, that's very weird. What happened? Maybe the problem arose after a Windows update? Unfortunately, I forgot my local password and can't log in with it.

Can someone help me?
