Can I make a return debit from Commerzbank with my cell phone?

At the Sparkasse I was able to reverse direct debits without any problems. At Commerzbank I need a laptop so that the Phototan app can scan the graphic. Is it possible that I can do it with my cell phone? (The return debit has personal reasons)

Do you have financial problems and therefore have to make the return debits?
