Earlier I slept from about 7pm until just half past two. Now I have decided to sit down in front of my laptop and do a little homework for university. I have a beer or two while doing it. I plan to go back to sleep around 6-7, as I'll be back at university at 12
It's all completely normal. Could have happened to me too.
What is wrong with you. Maybe you're a little out of rhythm. Can happen.
As long as you are doing well with this lifestyle, I see no problem with it.
Everything ok, dude.
I'm a shift worker and there's so much out of the ordinary during the day.
If you pack it that way, why not.
My son also studies and he does it that way too.
Have a nice Christmas to you and be hardworking…
Stay healthy.
I feel the same way.
My colleagues and I went into quarantine about 1 1/2 weeks ago as a precautionary measure because the mother of a colleague fell ill with corona. It takes a while before you can do a test. Fortunately, our tests were all negative.
Since then, my sleep rhythm has been somehow completely out of hand.
Somehow I'm so tired in the evening that I go to bed at 7 p.m. And then I wake up at about half past one. Then I can't sleep again right away. However, I have to be fit for work by 8, and then I'm a little "on the ropes"!
Fortunately, I only have to hold out two more days, and then I have vacation until January 10th.
3-shift shift?
Most of the people I know who had worked in three shifts took early retirement!
How long do you cope with health
I know that shift work doesn't improve your health.
I already have some quirks there.
Haven't found another option at the moment.
In any case, those who did not have to take early retirement made the jump in time.
That's right, and I don't do shift work out of boredom.
Money doesn't rain out of the sky.
Only start shift work with a time factor of 5 years.
